Ashwin Laddha brings over 27 years of leadership experience across Asia, Europe, and South America, where he has led multicultural teams, scaled global businesses, and driven consumption-led growth across diverse sectors.

As Managing Partner & Growth Architect at India House Project, a co-creation of Delphian Ventures and Samta Hospitality, Ashwin is channeling this global experience into building and scaling premium, design-led consumer ventures that elevate everyday experiences for India’s rising cohort of aspirational, high-spending consumers. His approach blends the governance depth and strategic discipline of large institutions with the agility and creativity of start-ups.

Under his leadership, India House Project launched its first venture with the India entry of Duni, the iconic Scandinavian brand recognised globally for sustainable dining and hygiene solutions. This partnership reflects India House Project’s mission of bringing premium, purposeful brands to India, shaped by aesthetics, responsibility, and sensorial richness. Beyond Duni, Ashwin is actively curating a portfolio of consumer ventures rooted in global quality, local insight, and thoughtful innovation.

Previously, Ashwin served as MD CEO of Orient Paper & Industries Ltd and held senior leadership roles at Grasim Industries, Sterlite Technologies, and Reliance Industries. His career has been defined by strategic clarity, hands-on operating depth, and the ability to
foster people-centric cultures that create lasting stakeholder value.

Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, Ashwin serves on industry and trust boards, championing sustainability, innovation, and inclusive growth.
