Himanshu Jain is the Founder of Promenable, a consulting firm focused on enabling transformation in the MSME sector, and the CEO of Vibes Healthcare. At India House Project, Himanshu brings deep expertise in the HoReCa segment, adding valuable insight into consumer and operational dynamics within hotels, restaurants, and catering. With over three decades of corporate experience, Himanshu has held leadership roles across global organisations including ExxonMobil, Unilever India, and Siel Ltd.

Most notably, he served as President (Indian Subcontinent) at Diversey, a global hygiene solutions leader, where he was also a member of the Global Executive Committee. His tenure at Diversey spanned India, the Philippines, and the broader INSEA and APAC regions, underscoring his cross-market leadership capabilities.

Himanshu has contributed to national and industry platforms such as the Economic Times – India Leadership Council, the CII Logistics Institute Advisory Board, and Niti Aayog’s “India @100” roadmap. His recognitions include The Economic Times Most Promising Business Leaders of Asia 2019 and Global Indian for the Year 2020.

A life member of the Institute of Directors, Himanshu also advises the NGO Swadha and is a passionate advocate for sustainability. His initiative “Garima” has created employment for over 50,000 individuals and saved more than 3 billion litres of water annually.
