He brings 38 years of experience across multinational corporations, Indian conglomerates, consulting firms, and private equity. He has spent the last 25 years as Group CHRO, reporting directly to Chairpersons and serving on Group Boards and Executive Committees. Most recently, he was President – Group HR at RPG Enterprises for over 11 years, during which RPG consistently ranked among India’s best employers.

Venky’s career spans industries including consumer, IT, textiles, engineering, life sciences, energy, and metals & mining. He is widely respected for leading large-scale  ransformations and pioneering the world’s largest employee engagement model based on a unique Happiness Framework.

He is also the Founder & CEO of Svanishta, a strategic HR advisory firm working with private equity funds and mid/large-cap companies. His contributions to the field have earned him multiple accolades, including Lifetime Achievement Awards from  BusinessWorld and Economic Times, and Pragati’s People Leader Award.  Beyond HR, Venky is also a published author of the futuristic mythological thriller Unmanifest 428,798 A.D.: Story of Kalki.
